RFK Jr. Criticizes Democrats’ ‘Desperate’ Attacks

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has officially endorsed President Donald Trump, marking a significant shift in the 2024 election.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Kennedy detailed how the Democratic Party’s attacks on him ultimately drove him to support Trump. He described the Democrats’ strategy as both desperate and “not smart,” highlighting how operatives contacted people from his past in an attempt to discredit him. Despite these efforts, Kennedy’s internal polling indicated that his candidacy was pulling more votes from Trump than from Harris.

Kennedy explained that his support for Trump is based on shared principles, particularly regarding free speech, opposition to the Ukraine war, and safeguarding children’s rights. He argued that the Democratic Party has lost touch with these core issues and is instead focused on consolidating power at all costs. This disconnect, coupled with their attacks, led Kennedy to fully align himself with Trump’s platform.

The endorsement also comes with active involvement in Trump’s campaign. Kennedy confirmed that he’s working on policy initiatives and has been asked to join the transition team if Trump wins in 2024. This role signals a deep level of cooperation and a commitment to shaping the direction of the next administration.

Kennedy shared specific examples of how the Democrats’ tactics failed. He described how they contacted an old acquaintance from 40 years ago in an attempt to gather dirt, but the effort proved futile. These actions, Kennedy said, only reinforced his decision to distance himself from the party and back Trump’s vision for America.

Despite pushback from his family, Kennedy remains firm in his decision. He believes the Democratic Party’s aggressive approach has alienated many voters and weakened their chances in the upcoming election. His endorsement of Trump marks a pivotal moment in the 2024 race and adds momentum to Trump’s campaign.
